From Salem, MA to San Juan, PR a special visitor arrives!

What a fun day at the shelter today, as Marianna from Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA came for a visit! Marianna visits the island a few times a year and always makes sure to stop in to meet the dogs at Save a Sato.

The dogs were more than happy to show off their personalities as they played, gave kisses and were most happy to be lap dogs!

We would not be able to continue our work without the support of our partner shelters in the states. We are so grateful to Marianna and Northeast for all their support of our program, they have been working with us since 1995!

  1. What is the name of the beige dog in the last photo. Is it a male or female? When was it found?
